Stripping, Sanding, & Staining Deck (Part 3)- Benjamin Moore Arbor Coat Deck Stain

I sand down the deck boards with my Sander.It's a Rockwell RK4245K Vibrafree Orbital Sander (80 grit sandpaper) to take off any loose hairs from the wood after pressure washing. I then blow the dust off the surface of the deck and out of the grooves of the wood. You can also use a water/gardening hose to really to wet down and remove all dust. This is an important step, or else the paint/stain will be applied over microscopic dust and will never have a chance to bond tightly to the surface of the wood.
